Where can I buy tickets for upcoming shows?

We offer 2 ways to purchase tickets for shows and events taking place at The Crown.

  1. Tickets can be purchased online by visiting our CALENDAR and clicking the event you’d like to purchase tickets for.

  2. Tickets can be purchased in person at our box office window. Our Box Office hours are:
    Mondays from 10am - 5pm

I have tickets at will call. When can I pick them up?

Your tickets will be available for pickup at Will Call the night of the show. If you’d like to pick them up before the show date, please call the Box Office at 316-612-7696.

Where can I park?

  1. Parking is available in the parking lot directly to the east of the building.

  2. There is parking in the lot to the east of Reuben Saunders Gallery, however this lot is owned by our friends at The White Building and parking costs $5. We ask that you please pay our neighbors if you choose to park here. They can be paid with cash at the meter or through Venmo.

  3. You may also park in the Dillon’s or Ace Hardware parking lots across the intersection.

Do you allow smoking?

Cigarettes and e-cigarettes are prohibited inside the theatre. We ask that you smoke outside. There are ash trays outside of the main entrance of the theatre.

Is the Crown Uptown available for private events?

Yes. All questions concerning availability and pricing can be emailed to carissa@kismetkoncerts.com or you can call 316-612-7696.

ARE YOU ALLOWED TO LEAVE AND RE-ENTER A CONCERT?

No, you are not allowed to re-enter the concert if you leave.

Are you still a dinner theatre?

No and yes. Different local restaurants cater for some events. However, dinners are not available at every other event that is held at The Crown. Be sure to check the event info page to see if it includes a dinner or not. Snacks and drinks, however, are available for purchase at every event!

What are the age restrictions at the Crown Uptown Theatre?

Typically, all ages are permitted. Under some circumstances, based on the production, there may be an age restriction. Always check the description of the show in question to ensure that all guests in your party will be permitted.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. There are no refunds. If a show is cancelled or postponed, you will receive information on how to get a refund on for that event.

Does the Crown Uptown theatre have wheelchair accessible seating?

With ramps down either side of our theatre, all seating is wheelchair accessible.

Do you have an ATM?

No. In the past we had an ATM at the front of the theatre, but it has been removed. We accept all major credit cards at our box office and bar, however, so cash is not a necessity.

What is your policy on photo/video/audio recording?

Restrictions on recording are dictated by the artist(s) and producer(s) of each event. In many cases, it is illegal to record performances due to copyright laws that protect writers and artists. Check with our box office to see if recording of any kind is allowed for a specific event before attending.

IS THERE A BAG POLICY?

Small bags are allowed. They will be checked at entrance by security.
