Where can I buy tickets for upcoming shows?

Tickets can be purchased in person at our box office Monday through Friday 1pm – 5pm or online at ticketfly.com or charge by phone 877-897-6487. Our box office is also open the night of shows.

I have tickets at will call when can I pick them up?

Your tickets will be available for pickup at Will Call the night of the show. If you’d like pick them up before the show date, please call the Box Office at 316-612-7696

Where can I park?

Parking is available in the parking lot directly to the east of the building. There is parking in the lot to the east of Reuben Saunders Gallery for $5. You may also park in the Dillon’s and Ace Hardware parking lot across the street (Douglas & Hillside, northwest corner).

What are the age restrictions at the Crown Uptown Theatre?

Generally all ages are permitted. Under some circumstance, based on the production, there may be an age restriction. Always check the website for event age restrictions.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. There are no refunds. If a show is canceled or postponed you will receive information on how to get a refund on the tickets bought for that event.

Does the Crown Uptown Theatre have a handicapped section?

Absolutely. We ask you to call in advance so we can reserve you a seat for the event you are looking to attend. 316-612-7696

Do you have an ATM?

Yes.

Can I leave once I enter the venue?

No, unless otherwise specified for a specific event.

Do you allow Smoking?

Cigarettes and the use of e-cigarettes are not permitted inside the theatre. We do offer a smoking section in the front of the building.

What are your policies regarding photo/video/audio?

Photo and audio recording is dictated by the artist performing. Check with venue the day of the show.
