Before the show, a most tasteful presentation.

 

Dinner begins with a plated salad, served right at your table. Specially prepared by our expert chef, dinner selections change throughout the year to provide an exquisite variety of seasonal choices – with your choice of three main dishes and two wonderful sides.

 

As an optional addition to your evening, you may also enjoy hors d’oeuvres, a delicious dessert or a cocktail at your table. Or in our swank, newly expanded bar area.

Salad

Wedge salad w/ bacon, tomato, red onion, cheddar and creamy tomato dressing.

 

Entrée Options

Herbed North Atlantic cod w/ shallot salt baby Yukon potatoes, asparagus, and Bernaise.

 Chicken fricassee w/ Yukon gold mashed potatoes, root vegetable medley (carrot, parsnip, red onion, fennel and brussel sprouts) and tarragon cream sauce.

Honey roasted ham w/ pineapple rum glaze, Yukon gold mashed potatoes and root vegetable medley.

Strawberry shortcake w/ Bavarian cream and raspberry coulis

About our chef

From early on in his life, Kevin Gillenwater has had singular passion for bringing the very best to the table. Working alongside chefs such as Bobby Lane at Chester’s Chophouse and Wine Bar as the establishment’s Executive Sous Chef, Kevin has refined his “chops” to become a highly acclaimed culinary expert. And he’s excited to bring his exquisite skills to our wonderful tradition that is the Crown.
