TO MAKE A RESERVATION...

If you would like to reserve tickets, you must purchase them with a credit or debit card over the phone or in person at our Box Office. Seats are assigned in the order that your reservations are made. (The earlier the reservation, the better the seats.) Simply call our Box Office during business hours at (316) 612-7696.  If you choose not to use a debit or credit card, you may pay for your tickets at the door, provided seats are available.  During the month of December, tickets must be paid for at least one week in advance.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY

Gift Certificates and Season Passes: upon payment, these will be mailed or held at the box office at no cost.

Tickets: there are no tickets. (Go green; save a tree!) All seats are reserved under the name of the group or individual.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. All your information is kept secure both during the payment process and after.

All customer and credit card information is for use only by authorized personnel of Crown Uptown  Dinner Theatre and the Crown's credit card processor.

Any personal information you provide us, whether to place an order or order services, is kept confidential. We respect the privacy of all our patrons and never sell or rent personal information, nor provide such information to third parties.

NO RAINCHECKS ON SPECIAL ENGAGEMENT SHOWS OR CONCERTS.

Ticket prices below include starting your evening with a plated salad and our buffet dinner with, soup and dinner rolls.  Full bar service and desserts are available.  For parties of 8 or more, a $3.00 per person food gratuity will be added.  For groups of 20 or more, contact our Group Sales Department at 316.612-7696.  

SHOW TIMES...The Crown Uptown Professional Dinner Theatre is open Thursday through Sunday evenings with select Thursday matinees for each production.  Crown Uptown Children's Theatre is open for matinee performances on Fridays and Saturdays. Below are the times Crown Uptown is open:

DINNER THEATRE MEMBERS...As a season ticket holder, you'll enjoy priority seating, great savings and protection against price increases!  There are two season ticket packages available - KINGS COURT (See all seven shows at a 20% discount) and CROWN JEWEL (See five shows for the price of four).  Please call our box office at 316.612-7696 for show titles.

* There will be a $2.00 postage/handling fee for all season ticket orders by phone.

CELEBRATING A BIRTHDAY OR ANNIVERSARY? 

Let us know 48 hours in advance and we'll bring down  ONE OF OUR SPECIAL DESSERTS with a candle to their table, complimentary of the theatre. We also sell  balloon bouquets for $15.00.  It will be placed on your table before you arrive. We can also attach the balloons to your favorite bottle of wine for an additional charge.
